I'll be the first to say I love a good App but I find myself at a major wedding cross roads with this one. As a coordinator, I love the idea of being able to direct guests to and from site locations. As a designer, I'm slightly offended. Maybe it's the Southerner in me, but I firmly believe in the power of paper.
An invitation does so much more than provide information for the party- it sets the tone. With so much of the world being taken over by digital format for ease and mobility, I'd like to fight to keep the personal aspect of sending paper invitations to guests. However, I'm open to include area information and attractions in the App.
Paper meet digital, ya'll play.
